the good thing about the domains that the point system doesn't matter, what matters is the clients final price. so all these approx appraisals are bogus but it does give you the rough idea of the circumference of the price it should be sold at. its up to the seller and buyer to decide anyways.

Interesting site though.

I have a few domains that post in the 80+ point range, but even some some Hebrew domains post in the 80's.
So who knows?

It's all good Info though!
Thanks

Thanks for the Site Jose and nice job, by the way what is
the value of an 80 point IDN?

Some requests don't show a $ dollar value.

So, talking about idn.bz? :) Thanks Patriot.

About the estimates, all the info here: http://idn.bz/faq.html scroll down to the "How does the algorithm calculates the estimated value?"

The algorithm is as better as the data it has to calculate the estimates. If:

1. The secondary domain market was a rational market and
2. It got a lot of domain sales info inside

the predictions would be very accurate. Unfortunately, neither is true. I have not inserted new sale data for a while. Any help?

Dreaming of picking up cheap domains here is easy. Doing it is more difficult. We own a great deal of these domains, the own consulted me on price before the rest of you. All opinions are not born equal.

Nop, but the price is still the same. Whatever the buyer agrees to pay.

you probably wanted to say that not all domains are created equaly.?

You obviously haven't ever been in a situation where you are desperate to own something but cannot get the current owner to agree to a price that you consider reasonable. A transaction always has two parties. Currently it is very much a buyers market in my opinion. That will not always be the case indeed, to many it may never be so again.
