Looking for some clarity on this 60 day rule..

I know that GD has this unique rule where if you change the registrant info either by simply editing it yourself, or by triggering a change in registrant details due to a "push" from one GD account to another - then the domain is frozen for 60 days, and doesn't permit any further pushes.

I got that part.

But does anyone know how it operates under this scenario:

If I transfer in to GD from another registrar; will I then be able to push to another GD account, or by transferring in (and thus by default changed the registrant info) have I triggered the 60 day rule that prevents internal moves?

TIA

It looks similar to the policy of 1and1.com

If domain is pushed within the same register to another user he could transfer it to another register.

If the domain was transferred recently you must wait 60 days.
