Can be used for real estate?

for real estate， 房（house） is better than 屋（room）。but since most of the Chinese RE market are made up of overpriced apartments anyway -- except a few ultra rich -- it has a pretty good utilitarian value.
Not sure about the .org though as it may not be commonly used in China.

Use the advanced search function in Google and search for the exact term".org". If you restrict your search to websites in Chinese simplified, it gives about 98 million results. I don't think this number is entirely accurate but the results tell us that .org is definitely used in China.
