About 1.3 Billion People Potentially Interested In .TEL Domain Names !

http://www.telnic.org/blog/

Haven't seen anyone talking about .TEL recent launch there ...

Got a few through here: IDNs.tel (http://idns.tel)

The Chinese .tel launch happend a few months ago, and most of the good names are gone.

The IDN Launch was in June, but the Agreement with the Chinese Government and the Official Launch in China about 2-3 weeks ago.

"The launch, in conjunction with TJML and the China TMT Business Association, is being held in Beijing on Monday 20th September will be attended by our CEO, Khashayar Mahdavi, who will provide a short speech of thanks to all involved as well as provide Telnic’s view of what benefits .tel can bring to China, its residents..."

Plenty of good ones left, I wish I could afford them all !

You kiss your Mom with that mouth ?

And your mom too. http://www.smilies-emoticons.de/smilies1/s53.gif

But seriously:

You are either some 50 cent army guy getting paid for spamming forums and promoting .tel or (maybe even worse) you are heavily invested in .tel.

Either way you'd be better off convincing me rather than insulting me.

Running site:.tel it only shows about 222,000 sites listed on Google
Does not seem to have taken off to this time
I still have 2 but they just sit there. Would be goldmines if they were in .com or .net

It was a good thought, but I have not seen any of the phone service providers picking up on the idea. Without that the domain idea is a failure.

So, in an IDN Forum, someone starts a thread about the potential
for 1.3 Billion IDN Supporters and it's considered spamming ?

Maybe we should be talking about your Mom instead ?

Someone might be the problem, but it isn't me !

Didn't .mobi do an exclusive for Chineseidn.mobi in China?

How did that go?

You're missing the point. And no, you didn't start a thread about the potetial of the Chinese IDN market (that would be preaching to the choir anyway). You started a thread about the potential of Chinese IDN.TEL market without even providing a single reason why anyone in China would even know let alone care about .tel. What you called a "reason" is actually a joke. So if I go and a reg a ᐅᖃᐅᓯᕆᔭᐅᔪᖅ .ws that's a reason for Inuktitut IDN.ws, right?

I really don't care about your enthusiasm for an epic fail extension. But if you want to convince others you should be trying harder.

You need help, seriously.

The ANNOUNCEMENT in the ANNOUNCEMENT FORUM was ONLY an ANNOUNCEMENT about .TEL in CHINA.

The REASON for .TEL IDNs becomes OBVIOUS if you can COMPREHEND
that if TELNIC is making HEADWAY in CHINA it is a GREAT POTENTIAL !

PRIOR to the ANNOUNCEMENT that TELNIC had AGREEMENTS with the
CHINESE GOVERNMENT, there was LESS POTENTIAL for .TEL IDNs.

WITH the ANNOUNCEMENT there is a NEW REASON to explore the POTENTIAL.

Even your MOM can get that, and MINE too !

DUH !

:o

Here's something with a couple of PICTURES, maybe that will help you.

(Point your Cursor Here and Click to see, or have your MOM help if you can't.) (http://comm.ccidnet.com/art/1522/20100921/2196369_1.html)

WOW. This is an opportunity that is a second chance to benefit from the internet as if it were starting all over again!" This is all I can remember thinking somewhere around the Sunrise and Landrush periods of .tel availability.

Sorry, I just pissed myself laughing.

.tel in general is a worthless extension that does not even allow websites to be hosted on it.

Moonie... :D

Who wants real websites if you can get a telpage? You can even put your phone number on it. You can't do that with a real website because real websites actually get visitors and you don't want everyone to know your phone number, do you? .Tel is the new .com and once it as conquered China it will rule the world. This is like the internet starting all over again.
