I see share market and stock market are very close in google SERP, so I think you both have great domains.

Actually, you are right but people are using शेअर बाजार as well. So, I had to buy this too. However, I have the correct version in .net form so that I don't fall behind.

There is a wiki page for शेअर बाजार, so this domain name should also fetch me something.

As i know if you combine two letters is becoming a new word and in many cases is mean nothing. Is it true? Do you think that will be better to divide those words with "-"?

I agree. In many cases, such things occur. But with this domain in question has no issues like you have mentioned.
To put it in simple words, relate शेअरबाजार.com with sharemarket.com. Just like sharemarket.com is not affected when two words 'share' and 'market' are combined, शेअरबाजार.com has no "new-word" issue. 'शेअर बाजार' doesn't make any new word when combined.
