where is the difference?
http://idn.bz/rate.php?keyword=atenci%C3%B3n+m%C3%A9dica&language=
or
http://idn.bz/rate.php?keyword=atenci%C3%B3nm%C3%A9dica&language=
the google boxes result? yes obviously its to word domain not one , but the rating doesn't change.
Other than that what's the difference?

@DktoInc you are right and you're not at the same time.
idn.bz has a cache, so it will show the same result for the same puny code until the cache expires.
both "atenciónmédica" and "atención médica" have the same puny (xn--atencinmdica-ieb1l)
had the first user that used idn.bz choose to enter the terms with space, and that would have been the term cached.
I have cleared the cache for that term and, as you can see, the rate has improved.
