I'm buying names with guaranteed 2-yr buy back option for sellers.
Purchase Requirement:-
1. No TMs.
2. Generic typos accepted.
3. Languages: chinese, arabic, french, german, spanish, swedish, finnish, norwegian, danish, polish, russian, japanese, portuguese.
4. Last 1 year and last 3 months ND stats required (may consider otherwise on case to case basis).
5. Non-IDN also considered.
Price offered will be up to 3.5 years type-in for generic, and 2.5 years for generic typos.
Buy back option terms:-
1. Seller will have the right to exercise the option to buy back the name or names.
2. Option will last for 2 years from payment transfer date.
3. If option is exercised within 1 year (up to same date following year) from payment transfer date, buy back price will set at 35% premium to my purchase price, and 60% premium to my purchase price if exercised within 2 years. Discount is to offset the dollar depreciation risks, transactional expenses, and forex exchange expenses.
4. All transaction expenses incurred by the recipient will be borne by the recipient.
5. All transactions in US dollars.
6. Premium subject to a minimum of $100 for a single deal.
