One thing that worries me is ... And I admit I am not savvy in this area, is Virtualization the Linux version of cloud computing ? I should actually say that the other way around as Virtualization through VM Ware was around way before Cloud Computing was.
Also in China, do more servers run Windows / LAMP / Apache ? Or is it about the same as the U.S. ?? This plays a vital factor on this domain's future.
Virtualization to Cloud Search history seems to favor cloud. This could be because Virtualization has never had a mass media campaign or it could just be the trend. Really interested in thoughts about this in general as well as thoughts on this domain's value .
