Name.com Transfer Special @ 7.39

Name.com is runing a transfer special @ $7.39 below. I am thinking of transferring about 300 domain names for 2 years which would save me about $500-600 compared to what I currently pay. The question is how is their security of late in keeping names, protecting them from illegitimate claims etc. I vaguely remember that there were issues with domainsite, their sister company a few years ago prompting many to move to dynadot. Those with info/insight about them, thoughts please?

Their namesafe service has a security token that you can get so there is two factor authentication. Around $30 I think.

I have had good experience with name.com for about 5 years. They are same company as Domainsite, but putting most of their emphasis on name.com platform. I have found them to have very responsive customer service, and always easy to get ahold of someone be email or phone.

You shouldn't need a coupon to transfer domains to name.com for $7.39. It's for everyone.
