welcome to the forum, i would say its not worth reg. fee. i think not a single idn.name has ever sold here. I think your a native speaker by your first post on the forum earlier, so i would focus on trying to build a portfolio of russian .com names.

To be honestly, cost of domen also depends from content on it and of course promotion. What was on Facebook 15 years ago –nothing interesting and cost was not so big…

Why not search out some nice .com names, got to still be quite a few dictionary words and nice two word combos a native speaker can find. ;)
