That one is trouble just waiting to happen for trademark violations.

We don't allow any TM domains or company names to be sold here on the forum and encourage people not to registered them.

It's worth a TM lawsuit from Eurovision, that's about it.

BurgerKing.ru lawsuit.

Burger King is likely to win the case, as Part 4 of the Russian Federation Civil Code, effective since January 1, 2008, states that a trademark holder has the exclusive right to use a domain name corresponding to its trade name. Experts argue that the fast food chain may even receive compensation of up to EUR 117,000 (USD 170,000).

So... Good luck with all that.

Thanks everybody for answering… I think, that TM is registered on English language…not in Russian… May am I wrong? So in that case I can’t register IDN (Eurovision) on Chinese, on Arabic and so on?

You might want to study the UDRP decision on порше.com: porsche-wins-rights-to-cyrillic-script-internationalized-domain-name (http://domainnamewire.com/2011/04/21/porsche-wins-rights-to-cyrillic-script-internationalized-domain-name/).

Personally, I prefer to register generic words (words that you can find in a dictionary) rather than invented words, so that I don't have to spend time worrying about things like this.
