If Sedo cannot realise that something is amiss then should litigation arise and swindled "buyers" want redress then they will get what they deserve as they have been advised on numerous occasions.

At least a record will be here for anybody wanting to search.

I am not sure you can legislate for stupidity.

It is the US Dept of Education that is at fault.
