The law speaks of commercial operations regarding goods and services that take place or are realized in Belarus.

Clicking on ads that provide revenue to a party outside of Belarus means that the transaction does not constitute a provision of a good or service in Belarus.

Ordering from amazon.co.jp, on the other hand, if amazon.co.jp is not registered in Belarus, is illegal, for the Belarus person or company ordering, if the goods are to be delivered to Belarus.

Since the fine is only $120 and not a % tax, it means that international ecommerce transactions might make sense with high value items only. For example, someone orders a €50 000 vehicle online, has it delivered to Belarus, and pays the $120 fine.

the $120 fine.

yeah, $120 + 5 years of labor camps for treason sounds about right, or did u already forget that place u came from?

€50 000 shopping online in Belarus would probably add 10 years to your prison sentence. where did all that money come from?
