As mentioned in this thread (http://www.idnforums.com/forums/31534-blocked-by-google-parked-domains-2.html) I'm starting a service to sell type-in traffic directly to advertisers. To conduct tests I need to have access to upward of 10,000 daily uniques in one sector, and one language, therefore I'm looking for anyone interested in being part of a group for beta testing.

All traffic will be paid for from day one including throughout the testing process - please don't ask me 'how much' just yet as a sector hasn't even been chosen. I'm inviting everyone to offer a sector and language that they can provide reasonable traffic for on a daily basis, ie, 'travel / arabic' etc. Ideally you will be seeing anything from a couple of hundred type-ins per day upwards.

At the testing stage I'll not be including adult traffic as they operate differently from mainstream but of course will be including when fully operational.

Thanks in advance for any and all input.

Good luck to you JamesD.

I would be happy to get this wrong but i am not sure how possible it will be for you to gather 10k daily non adult in one niche/same language at this point (Assuming only generic names are 'invited').

As an example, Chrisofmel shared his Arabic Sex.com stats and if i remember correctly it is less then 50k uniques monthly and based on that in addition to seeing the same with Cyrillic domains (Porno has most uniques by far compared to anything else) i don't know what other niches will have traffic close to what adult have and even with adult it will take more then a couple names to get anything near 300k monthly uniques.

I'm aware it may take many domains from multiple owners to get the 10k / day - maybe 200+ names - hopefully less, but I'm prepared to go with that many if required. It means a lot of work now, but once the system is more automated it won't matter if a domain only gets 20 type-ins a month or so.

I would love to help but I don't think what you are looking for is realistic. It would be better if you picked a country and vertical and people could submit names and traffic that they may have for that combination. Even then I doubt you will come anywhere near 10k per day.

Also, the parking companies only report some of the traffic our names get. Spend some time with Above.com and you will see this. If you were to get 1000 hits in a day 250 may be considered uniques but the parking companies will report only report 200 of those and disqualify the other 50 for their own reasons.

I was hoping that a particular verticle would present itself from peoples suggestions, but perhaps your way may be more productive.

I'm not restricting this to IDN's, but I have my reasons for prefering IDN traffic at this stage. With that in mind I should be able to achieve the 10k for testing.

I'm aware of the descrepancies in reporting from parking co to parking co, and to actual number of visits. I will provide full transparency - you will be aware of who's buying your traffic (obviously) and give you contact details so you can even check what price they're paying if you feel the need.

I'm only going to promote type-in traffic and every one of those has a value IMO - every one represents a new pair of eyeballs; a new potential customer entering someone's store. All this time we've basically been giving the majority of that traffic away for free to middlemen and get a pittance for the rest of it.

Perhaps you could consider picking "Russian first names" as a test subject - then you could target a multitude of potential advertisers for testing - dating, travel, gift etc.

Between the lot of us here I think we've got most of the popular Russian first names all sewn up.

I think we have some good one and would love to help out on that one.

Nice idea - if you'd like to let me know what you have I can see how the numbers stack up.

They should stack up rather well, since some of my best Russian first name domains are currently in the banned list at NameDrive!

Yay Google!

Motherfuckers.

Not sure of the need to differentiate between given and family names.

We have the cyrillic of smirnoff amongst others!

PM me with any Russian 'name' names and approx traffic figures and I'll build a list - looks like its the way to go.
