Google states this as 'agricultural sufficiency' whatever they mean by that...but I can imagine people typing that in.

Basically, an agricultural philosophy that adopts the self sufficiency economy principle promoted by his majesty, the king of Thailand, whereby farmers are encouraged to grow a variety of agricultural products so they become self sufficient instead of having to buy food products from other sources.

Is it still promoted? His majesty should read "the wealth of nations" by Adam Smith.

(I mean't to write 'can't imagine people typing that in' - but now it makes sense)
