It seems British bankers think emails evaporate after 30 days ...and
can't be found in hard drive off site storage 10 years later...

those hacked mobile phone voice mails should be interesting...:eek:

How many bankers or accountants are in prison after the massive frauds we've seen over the past 5 years? None as far as I'm aware.

No, but if the Yanks are going to start a crusade and make examples, then they have plenty of eligible home grown candidates.

These sanctions are unilateral US imposed sanctions. They were not adopted by the UN or any other internationally recognised body.

If these guys deserve jail then fine, but if they are being extradited from the UK, then the merits of the case should be looked at in the UK, before they are handed over to some Kangeroo Court in the US.

Wouldn't it be nice after robbing a bank to be able to negotiate and give them 1% of the money back as a "settlement".
