I'd say the opposite - it's very good for the IDN version, which ultimately should be worth much more than the ASCII version.

The fact that the Chinese buyer of Xinjiang.com is living 15 years in the past doesn't mean much really.

Perhaps RD already turned him down for $55k?

It is Xinjiang in Uyghur, there are at least 3 xjtv channels in Uyghur on the air.
