according to the trusty urban slang dictionary audioenglish.net, the term "fuck all" is defined as: little or nothing at all. we all know that little is better then nothing at all so we will use the greater of two numbers.
But how really little is little you might ask? after all a typical korean penis is little only to the american or african woman and comparably satisfactory to the korean, chinese or a japanese woman. so we shall first determine how little is little.
