I asked them what the deal was for internal transfers:

If you wish to transfer a domain to another user, please:
i) log into https://www.jp-domains.com/ (https://www.jp-domains.com/login/)
ii) click on the domain name you wish to transfer
iii) change the COMPANY NAME of the domain to: TRANSFER OUT <email address>
or <username>
where <email address> or <username> is of the new owner.

The domain will be transferred to the new user within 24 hours.

I have only had one problem transferring names. The buyer went walkabout and must have deleted the email from them on his return. If buyer already has account it is very efficient but not as quick as domainsite.com.
