I would appreciate confirmations, especially from native speakers if these are correct, PRIME term. The .net is taken by a native Brazilian & both the ASCII.com version & hyphenated ASCII.com developed.

Can be correct, but I have never used that word in my live. Maybe in a sentence like "on third world countries people don't have medical care", but on a daily basis we just say we need a doctor. Sorry about that, maybe in Brasil it's diferent, don't know.

Search count is so low that i wouldn't bother.

I doubt a prime term would get so little searches. even if it were a prime, a prime with so little volumé isn't a good prime anyway.

I would only buy terms that have good search volume compared to other terms in the same language or at least some acceptable search volume.
