Like all the other Verisign translits, it is awaiting approval from ICANN for the non-standard launch system.

Waiting for the applied contracts to be signed for the translits of .com
Structure of the contracts must include grandfathering. Verisign claims thats what they are pushing for which is alligned with all of our interests.
Hold up is therefore negotiation of the terms of the contracts with Icann.
