I suggest a no reserve auction.

It's obvious that he thinks of the forum as the same system as ebay a bit. He actually PM me as I try to explain how forums work.
I think he post expecting to be contacted by email. I really don't think he ever rechecks his previous posts.
If it wasn't for the redundant posting of the same exact domains with a constant 200% fluctuation in price I think all of us would agree it is a premium domain.
He just doesn't know how to use domain forums for selling.

I suggest a no reserve auction with the price to start out at $10 and to go up $1000 on each bid :)

How do solve a problem like Javago?
How do you catch a cloud and pin it down? :)

I think we are also partly to blame, by giving ultra high appraisals for taibei.com.

The fact is that no Taiwanese City have been sold to date, and few buyers here are willing to make the first move.

Not that Taiwanese cities are not valuable, but the "China Hype" does affect domain valuation.

Of cos, China has a good long term future, but the real estate bubble is about to burst, and consolidation take place first before the next phase of growth can commence, and this whole process might take anywhere between 3-4 years to complete... So be prepared to wait!

He's still posting, but he's failed to respond to PMs and emails. Now, if here were really selling at "best offer" I'd be bidding on his domain. However, he has shown that he is not serious about selling, and this is just a show off exercise for him.

He is selling, but he wants a big fish to see his ads, so that he can get a good price, that's why he keeps posting.

Desperado, why don't you come to your senses?
You been out ridin' fences for so long now
Oh, you're a hard one
I know that you got your reasons
These things that are pleasin' you
Can hurt you somehow

Then he shouldn't say "best price".

He just needs to play be the same rules as the rest here, or not be allowed to list or sell. You would think he would be on the straight and narrow after his last droituppance!
