I am having trouble accessing my 22.cn account. Every time I send an email to 22.cn the email bounces back as undelivered.??

keep getting returned undelivered?
I purchased a domain that is on their system and I need to update the whois as the old owner's email is still listed. My 22.cn account is not accessible because they said they were hacked and now are asking for "my relatives fathers name????"
I dont know the answer and the old owner does not know this answer.
I was wondering if someone could tell 22.cn to resend the login info for account #17332 to the account holder on file.
