yes and no.

In my opinion there are 2 types of 'wins'.

yes, one is when the redirect goes the other way. ascii goes to idn.idn or to the idn.com

But the non redirect in reality is when the IDN.IDN or the idn.com is the actual brand of the company or the offering itself by a strong company.

It is the branding issue.
