I can neither open the DAM IT jpeg nor reply to the thread. It gives me:

Believe it or not...this spillway failure is proof that PhD's in civil engineering in the US need to be questioned.
Concrete failure in a spillway is not a joke.
I hope someone gets fired in the State Bureau of water management.

Still can't see the original pic but disappointed it is of a dam and not Tina Dam.
