It does not happen very often but today I happened upon 2 IDN sites with Alexa traffic rankings.

With IDN sites I usually find there is no Alexa traffic ranking because #No Rank Data

What is the best Alexa traffic ranking you have found for an IDN site?

I have not seen that very often. Mostly I have seen IDN redirect to ASCII and not vice versa

Their ASCII https://mvd.ru currently has an alexa global ranking of #42486

Good to encounter a website with it's IDN having a better alexa ranking than it's ASCII domain name

...and... In the external links section of the wikipedia entry https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministry_of_Internal_Affairs_(Russia) the https://мвд.рф/ IDN is used for the Russian Official Website link
