Interesting statistic. For the last 2 months, asian based traffic for my japanese IDNs were about 20% and about 40% of my click-throughs. In the last 10 days, asian based traffic to these same set of sites is 60% of total traffic and 100% of my click-thrus.

Can anyone else confirm something similar?

Yes, past 2 days updated stats (June 7 to 8 ).

Japanese % 18.37 CTR US$ 0.43 Average PPC

Stats from June 1 to 6.

Overall, Japanese ad ppc is higher than the rest. I think forumers betting on Japanese are finally seeing some light.

I got 2 separate $1.50 clicks on a financial domain (Advertiser's Max Bid: ¥350)! This domains gets 40 views a mth, assuming if clickthru is 50%, this adds up to $30 a mth. And after IE7, if traffic rises ONLY 50 times, that's $1500 a mth!
