Google is actually dealing with this problem - they are giving out lowered PPC for linkfarms, like the way they do for parking pages. Recently, the last Google update, many link farms are struck off Google SERP, but they still maintain SERP on Yahoo. But link farm owners are never giving up, they will come out with new tactics to beat Google's algorithm.

My gut feeling is that, webmasters are fighting a losing battle, it wouldn't be long before Google's AI reaches near human being levels. That's why i'm betting on natural type-in.

I am also betting on natural type-in, and with the large population levels (and computer use) in particularly Japan and China this should be huge. By the way, the name Motley Fool sounds like a funny name, but is a big subscriber based business in the US, run by some pretty keen minds. They have made a lot of people rich mainly in the stock market.
