From what I can tell это means "this"; and while search engines throw up a couple of books with this in the title - i have no idea why people would be searching it out. It doesn't get any Yandex, so it would suggest that the traffic is not "natural" as in type-in traffic - maybe it has been indexed, and people are clicking on it a search result - why? no idea.
