I was looking at the thread about Hong Kong real esate (http://www.idnforums.com/forums/5277-%E9%A6%99%E6%B8%AF%E6%88%BF%E7%94%A2-com-%28hong-kong-real-estate%29-a.html).

Can anyone confirm the translation on this one? It shows a 2006 registration date, but sounds interesting.

Something went wrong with this post when I edited it - but I think the link still works. Sorry.

The translation is correct but you need to check if it's popular in HK.

Chinese has 3 terms for real estate:

房地產, 房產, 地產。

房地產(S) is most popular in China and everywhere.

房產(S) is second popular in China and particularly popular in Zejiang and Jiangsu provinces including Shanghai.

地產(T) is mainly used in Hong Kong and overseas.
