I would try to avoid two word combos in Greek just to stay on the safe side.

Basically means (one piece of) real estate. Not as good as the plural, but decent enough.

The rest of your trans are right on the money; I especially like αγγελίες.com
Definately has Great potential for development. Was this a drop?

I would also suggest trying to reg the un-accented versions if available.

Casino in Greek is καζίνο which is a borrowed word; gone - I have the unaccented version.
Not too many casinos in Greece, but Greeks love gambling. They usually play in card-rooms (the domain you regged) but they are the neighborhood type. Very localised and nothing fancy.
There's a lot of betting on state controlled soccer games and lotto games. Of course, plenty of "illegal" betting going on as well.

As for your second question, your reg means any piece of immovable property: A house, an apartment, a piece of land, etc.
