노양.com 341 w/ext and nothing to do with it! Can anyone help?

I have this Korean IDN 노양 . com which as a nice 341 OVT w/EXT and I cant seem to translate it..

I get "scull ocean" from the automatic translator. I've been told that it has to do with "scull dermatology" or something to do with "Buddah". Can anyone help me with this?
