Never used them , but it's 21.99/domain.

Another place is onlinenic. They charge $13.99/domain but you need to be their platinum reseller. However, I have heard that their customer service is not the very best, but I suppose if you only want to use it for a test, might be alright.

I use dynadot for all idn their service it great and the customer support is good also. it's $24.99 i think for .cn which is basically the cost anywhere even on godaddy and all other big name sites.
