Just taken a look at Firefox 2, which has now reached RC2 i.e. will launch very very soon.

They don't appear to have done anything with IDNs afaics. So its still punycode that shows up in the browser. Looks like IE7 is now well ahead of Firefox in IDN terms. I was expecting much more from Mozilla

I have now found Mozilla's policy on spoofing / IDNs

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/tld-idn-policy-list.html

So they appear to be waiting for VeriSign to publish their policy ...

As for me, I have added network.IDN.whitelist.com to the about:config file, so I can see .coms in native form, even if practically nobody else can ...
