Finland's IE7 download page is now coming up with an error.

I recall Finnish beng the first non-English RC1 to be released?

Something might be about to happen...

Wooh.

German page is producing an error too.

Says:
Internet Explorer 7 worldwide

Internet Explorer 7 is now available in Finnish, German, Japanese, and Spanish. To download Internet Explorer 7 in one of these languages, visit a worldwide download page:

But this is not true (yet!):

Finland - Page not found
France IE7 RELEASED IN ENGLISH RC1 in French
Germany Page not found
Japan RC1 only
Latin America RC1 only
Spain RC1 only
Switzerland (German) RC1 only
Switzerland (French) RC1 only

German version is still page not found, but Finnish page is back and still showing RC1, so that was a bit of a false indicator. :(

I just clicked on a few. Brazil, Finland, China, Poland and Sweden are good to go.

I'm still seeing RC1 listed on all those pages.

YES! I believe this is shipping the German version! Confirmation from German speakers please?

has changed layout YET AGAIN, but this time it's added "RC1" back to the header :(

Anyone here able to confirm that the German version now offered is the final release?

Im monitoring the apache log file on one of my busy servers (not just IDN names, all names) and am starting to see IE7 being used with the browser language set to other things rather then English.

In the past couple of hours I've seen a visit from Bulgaria with the language set to bg, ones from Estonia with the language set to et, one from Japan with the language set to jp and one from China with the language set to zh-cn.

So there ARE people using the English version of IE7 and changing the charset it's running under.

I guess if there's people doing the same using IE6, they'll get AU'ed to IE7 shortly and the trickle should turn into a flood.

He said hopefully.

It says RC1 on the main download page, but the German page linked-to doesn't indicate RC1:

Can any German speakers confirm that it's Final or not?

French, Swiss German and Swiss French download pages are now going to an error page, so those versions may be imminent.

Early christmas!
