i advise u not to reg anyone unless u know something
dot cn name registration system is quite complex for a foreigner

DD24 were offering regs at $20 but it looks like back to 28 euro - maybe they will do another promotion.

Well, i think it's a loophole. If the chinese say you are not a business, they take back your name. What are you going to do, engage a lawyer in China?
