Yandex requires 300 uniques a day per site to join.

Some of these programs look promising, but until the payout situation is improved, I'm not getting involved. Also, I don't trust Yandex.

All of this looks like a direct result of Google comming into the market, and should be good for everone.

I see.

Lingvo is using begun.ru so this seems to add some trustworthiness to them.
Also, after just a quick look at their pricing, it may be a good idea to buy traffic from them and push it to one's adsense site, where the ppc should be a bit higher.

Furthermore, one can buy some cheap "brand" recognition for one's top Russian IDN...
