The Russian registry is projecting that by end of 07' they will have over 1,000,000 .ru domains registered...

Thanks Bill. Unfortunately journalist is giving us usual uninformative rubbish. Dot Ru is going to launch Cyrillic names imminently. The fact that this could at least potentially result in a massive doubling up of names that would totally distort the statistics was not even touched upon.

I guess this guy is KGB old school. "Tell them Nothing".
