4th: Marketiva, i have been asked for this name specialty before .. so here is my previous answer that contains almost all facts about this name
"i think this name specialty will get more than this .. marketiva had a very good name in forex market in the last months, .Mobi sites will be very very important to all companies in few months specialty forex companies to enable their clients to trade online from their mobiles .. .. marketiva had to make this service to their clients, how will they do while all of their clients -almost all of them- enter the company .Mobi site at me
i recived many private offers from sevral ppl and Competitor companies who's i think one of these companies made this offer, and they will pay more and more than this i guess"
i hope these words about the names answers your Q. enough .. am ready to give you more answers for any thing you want to know :)

Does SEDO know about this huge security hole?
I was actually going to e-mail them requesting they look into the matter, but figured it would be a waste of time considering I'm still waiting for an email from them that I sent out 4 months ago.

Don't know how that particular forum works really. But I suppose I should remove the link our little village, we have here, would certainly miss it's own.

woooow, my thread changed to a thread about Sedo
Of course. Your thread exposed a serious security vulnarability that not only puts you, but other sedo members at risk.

As bram pointed out, the vulnerability should only occur if you're still logged into your Sedo account.
A log-out will kill the unique (-ish) session.
Noone uses session IDs in URLs anymore! That's web programming circa 2003.

Well, it might just have something to with you spamming us and probably everyone else on this one.
The name is a TM for Christ sake. It cannot be worth anything.
As for the bidding, I am seriously wondering what is going on here!
Perhaps most ASCII domainers are that stupid, but surely not?

i really didn't get the meaning of previous posts, i don't have words to say about .. am sorry
about the mentioned domain, as i get from speaking with the Arabic Support of the company they may have no idea about TM issue, maybe they don't want the domain or want to take it without have to Resort to issues .. i think
all am sure about 100% that a forex company sent me many times asking for the domain, am about to be sure they made the bid for the domain and control the auction too .. i just guess !!
Rubber, ascii domainers are not stupid .. am sure :)
but about the bidding .. you are not surprised as much as me !!
i don't know why all of this, but am happy i'll get v. good funds for the upcoming days :)

The problem for the new owner is that, all they have to do is receive one letter from Marketiva and they either have the option of handing the domain over, or facing more problems than they know how to deal with.

I think he would deserve it for being a moron. Should do some research before purchasing any domain

Well, yes and he would almost certainly be buying in bad faith, which is why he would loose at UDRP.

i just received the replay from Sedo about the security hole you discovered here.
*******
Hi Muhammad,
Thanks so much for getting in touch with us. I appreciate your notifying us of your perception of a security hole in our system. Although I am confident in the security of our site and marketplace, I will forward your message onto the technical department for their evaluation and consideration. If a security risk is deemed present, the appropriate changes will be made shortly. Again, thank you, and I hope you have a wonderful day!
Best regards,
Keith White

In essence, you have no right to own somebody else's name.
You can own dictionary words, because everyone has the right to own them.
If you own what you have no right to own then it can be legally taken away.
This is a very simplistic explaination, but it would appear that seems to be where we are starting from here.

i know this very well, all TM names can be taken away from you in any time without the right to get them back .. maybe you pay your money else or worse, i know that :)
but i just get many names, i sold some with good prices, others back to the TM owners and others i still have and play to have a good price for them OR i'll pay all i have as Fine
i had many good names but i won't give up the TM names i have in this way
latest news:

Hundredz (https://sedo.com/auction/auction_detail.php?language=us&auction_id=4168)
400$ with 1 bid from 1 bidder, 1 day 6 hours to go
Smarts (https://sedo.com/auction/auction_detail.php?language=us&auction_id=4170)

Marketiva (https://sedo.com/auction/auction_detail.php?language=us&auction_id=4169)

Marketiva auction was hot (i think) then it suddnely appear if it stoped, any ideas??

It could be Auction psychology, whereby the bidders are going to stick in final bids just before the gavel drops.
Or it could be Marketiva have been pushing the bidding, but have now pulled back, as it would make more sense just to go for UDRP with the new owner.
Anyway, good luck, and just push the transaction through ASAP. After that I would advise sticking to good Generics in Arabic IDN. As it happens, I might just know where you could find a few ;)

if marketiva will take the name from the new owner as a TM name accroding to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution, then they could made this with me without have to wait this time, i think another party pushed the biding .. any way for some body here or some where else said that a TM name won't never get this value, didn,t (구글.kr) (Google.kr) sold for cool 3k $??
won't this happen again??
