View Full Version : Good time to offload ASCII.com that "Do not fit into Strategy"?

I just did that with an ASCII .com, low-mid $xxxx generic, bought 2 days in haste after i discovered domaining, while in an "state of adrenalin". Sold for 20% less than what i paid for. Currency conversion loss, due to depreciating USD is 12%. Total loss about 30%.

Now still left with one more low $xxxx ASCII name to go!

Btw, i think the ASCII .com domain market has picked up a little since the lows mid-last year so the next 6-8 months would be a good time to offload any names that "Do not fit into Strategy".

Disclaimer: Plz don't blame me if after you sell, the market goes higher, no one can predict the future....! Gamble at your own risk.

I guess i won't reveal the name in public since it would be unfair to the buyer. Wouldn't it?

But if you want to know, i can drop a PM once the transaction is completed. :)

Deal completed.

Seems that ascii.com market is really moving strong. Strength will likely spill over to IDNs if the trend continues for another few more months.

If you got anything to sell, think about it. ;)
