Buyer beware rules in effect at SEDO I guess.

Wondering what Duke will write about this sale in DNJ...

Well this sale has been talked about on every major forum. It has been reported to Sedo by numerous people. I can see Sedo being held liable for this if this sale is allowed to go through. As this is clearly a "phishing" domain. Go Phish.

Not to be out done, físhing.com is now on sale on idnf.

Here is your chance!

People that promote these sort of names give IDN'ers a bad rap.

A bit hypocritica? Everyone on here was all for the © and ® auctions, although they are clearly on the EXCLUDE list and that was posted on this forum as well in the news.

Those aren't phishing domains though.

Or domains where someone wants to pretend they have a popular keyword domain, when they don't.

If the buyer cannot do decent research before purchasing a domain, they deserve to be ripped off. Sorry, but I feel no sympathy.

The problem is that sometimes the buyers are not capable to make this research and distinguish right from wrong..and these domains are not wrong...they're F****D UP

Looks like the auction was removed from Sedo?

Edit - Nevermind, I didn't see it in the auction because it ended...

Assuming the buyer is informed he can reg them now for the next 10 years and it will still be a bargain. The seller has a full disclosure commitment of course, so if the buyer loses it in a year, the seller isn't liable but the contract can be made void if the buyer wants to.

OK added it to the sales list, the translation says phishing, in bold.

You might want to trim that image a bit ;) .
