It means mainly to "arrange".

Arrange.com

I think it has possibilities for web development. Maybe a to-do list or something along those lines.

Atleast I know what it means now!

As far as developement is concerned I'm just going to hold onto it. I don't think I can develope a foreign site. I just wanted to get some generic IDNs before they are all gone ;)

You might be better to buy some generics at this stage, there are still many sellers and the prices are often reasonable. You are better off to buy 10 really good ones, than to reg 50 mediocres.

I've been looking at sales threads. I'm new to IDNs and I want to get a solid formula going before I step it up. :)
