You need to change the encoding in your email Client. These are not encoded in Unicode. You need to select another Option for Simplified Chinese if that is the language it is in. Once you get the correct encodement then it will appear in the proper script. Expand the header and see where it has come from. Sometimes there are clues relating to the encodement.

Yahoo wont let you change the encoding *I think*

This is BIG5 and is relatively easy to decipher to Unicode

Fka200- your suggestion did work, but I had to go thru a good few languages to find the right one.
There are about 35 choices but really easy to do. Thanks...

This is the message in simplified Chinese (I think). In this case it seems that he is trying to sell these names
