I am finishing up my portfolio tool for idntools.net, but I need people to try it and give me feedback so I can wrap it up.

I already placed the link in the main menu.

The original tool can be found here http://www.secondversion.com/domain-port/

Let me know what you think, just holler if you need assistance.

p.s. the cells of the table are clickable.

I'll give it a spin, but errr theres a lot of techno-babble in the documentation IMO. Can you do a dummies setup guide?

The link to the original tool is only for people who want to install it on their own server, I have changed that tool so it is fully compatible with idn's and I have integrated it in idntools.net. You only have to login at idntools.net, go to "my idntools" and upload your domains.

For your assistance;
You can add names using the online form or the file uploader,
in either case the format should be as follows.

xn--xxx.extension,language,translation,category(,minimum price in $)

Here the price is optional as indicated by the brackets.
for example;
xn--test.com,some language,some definition,general,1000

For a large amount of names it's best if you apply the above format to your spreadsheets (I suggest you makes separate files for this purpose) and to save them in the .csv file format

For editing names you do the same, in the following format;
xn--xxx.extension,new language(or " "),new translation(or ""),new category(or " "),new minimum price(or " ")

example,changing the translation:
xn--xxx.com, ,new translation, ,
OR
xn--xxx.com,old language,new translation,old category,old price

Besides the form or the file upload, you can also directly edit the values in the table which is generated, this is probably easiest if you only have a few changes.

Removing names is easiest, just use the following format or remove them directly from the table;
xn--xxx1.extension
xn--xxx2.extension
xn--xxx3.extension

Very Cool Tool. I used to use this script for fun, but took my site down.

Might have to put it back up again!

I see only 3 people have visited the portfolio section and they haven't used it, is there a problem ?

Now it's actually working :-) .

(never change something without checking the result...)
