multiple language idn question

Is there a way to direct traffic to different pages of your site based on the viewers IP address location for IDNs that span more than one language?

Or any other way for that matter rather than having a default page that gives the viewer the option of various language choices?

This would obviously be especially useful for names with gTLDs that may have different meanings across several languages.

Ya, All that can be done with browser detection scripts and java and stuff.
