Travel☼.com copy and past it if you cant see, or its Travel with a Sunshine after it... Kinda awesome if you ask me,

Novelty Item for Sale : 250 usd / OBO

travel☼.com xn--travel-gh9c.com :)

.....and now for something completely different:

®domain.com
business©.com
music♫.com
weather☼.com
casino♠.com
poker♣.com
love♥.com

opinions?

note: In case u're not using ie7, cut and paste the above to notepad to see how they look like. Yes, they are IDN. Some are easy to reach using simple keyboard short-cuts like the Alt-3(NumPad) for the heart symbol. (it depends on language settings also). Also compatible with Google Search, but not with Google indexing... for now?!

Completely junk - you've just wasted your reg fee. Nobody will know how to type them in, and they are likely to set off the "mixed language" warning in IE7. The travel "sun" doesn't even show up on my computer because I don't have the correct fonts installed.

I think the domains dropped recently, which is why you may have seen them on another forum. Clearly if that's the case, even their old owner (who was ahead of the pack when it came to investing in IDN) saw no value of any kind in them.

I don't think that people will ever get the hang of typing symbols, or even want to. They are just novelty IDN's for those that enjoy this type thing. You would need to issue instruction (like you did here) for anyone to access. Kind of like registering a cosmic star or buying a lot on the moon, only cheaper!

But... wouldn't you buy a lot on the moon for 7 bucks?

They are mine. They were free before. They are 100% my idea. Already had offers, to sell them all, which I refuse.

Have you heard about things like the Optimus keybord and stuff?
Who knows what the future holds?
Also, who says they need to be typed in?

What 100% of the people agree is that they are cute as hell.
And being cute sells.

Moon Lots start at $29.95. And they have sold "lots" of them so there it just goes to show that there is a demand for just about anything. Heres your moonlot realestate agent: http://www.lunarlandowner.com/

But I do wish you luck with your novelty domains, and hope they turn out to be winners. I like your optimistic attitude, and you are right...who knows what the future holds? Maybe a vacation home on the moon!

Completely junk

Domains with special or "dingbat" characters aren't necessarily "completely junk." I certainly wouldn't make one my main web address, but depending on how search engines treat them (now or in the future), they could possibly be valuable as doorway pages. Suppose I were to do a google search for "Florida vacation specials." If I were looking at the resulting listings and saw the web address: florida☼.com or funinthe☼.com, it may get my attention, and I think that curiousity would get some people to click on the link.

Really? Perhaps you need more training in the language.

The sentence was correct... Perhaps you need some training in the english language.

I was an Editor of a international magazine until a few months ago. I also run some major sites that have been in the news. I'm only 23... I've had these jobs for a few years.

Weather.com etc will sue this guy ... He must not have heard of the U.S. TM office and he flushed money down the pooper.

Adding characters after the word won't make a difference.

As an "Editor," you should write english as "English," and Editor as "editor," and "a international..." as "an international." Congrats on your impressive credentials.

Now is that a nice thing to say?
If I were an editor, I'd edit out that last comment.

Hey calm down. Is that kind of attitude really needed?

A discussion on something implies differences on opinions, right?

However, entering the room saying "all you said is rubish" and adding nothing to the discussion is, IMHO, a moron spoiled kid atitude.

Imagine if everyone does the same thing in all the threads.
Would you like to read that?

P.S: Before you start correcting my grammar, keep in mind my native language is not English.
